For each project it undertakes, Nova-Tech establishes a dedicated project team that consists of a project manager, project engineers, designers and manufacturing engineers. This team will work closely with customers to establish a program schedule and milestones, and carry out the turnkey design, fabrication and delivery plan successfully.
